SOLE TAPS

  1. Stand behind the ball.
  2. With alternate sole of the feet.
  3. Touch the top of the ball lightly.

3.

SHUFFLES

1.  The Ball between the feet
2.  Tap the ball with the inside of one foot to the inside of the other and back.
3.  Knees bent, on your toes, speed up.

5.

SLIDES

1.  Start with one foot on top of the ball
2.  Slide your foot along the side of the ball, and when your foot touches the ground
3.  Push the ball to the opposite foot which repeats this sequence.

6.

DRIBBLE CUT

1.  Using the inside of one foot, drag the ball across the body
2.  Use the outside of the opposite foot to play the ball to the side
3.  Now do the same with the opposite foot going in the other direction.

7.

TAKE STEP OVER

1.  Start with one foot, touching the ball to the side 
2.  With the same foot Step around the ball
3.  Do the same now with the opposite foot.

9.

STOP SKIP DRIBBLE CUP

  1. Start with pushing the ball across the body with the outside of one foot
  2. Stop the ball with the sole of that foot
  3. As you make a little hop, the opposite foot pushes the ball back across to the original starting foot.

10.

PULL PUSH INSIDE

  1. Start with one foot on top of the ball
  2. Pull the ball backwards with the sole of the foot, then with the inside of the same foot push the ball forward
  3. Alternate right and left foot.

11.

PULL PUSH OUTSIDE

  1. Pull the ball back with the sole
  2. As the ball goes back, turn your hips, and use the outside of the foot to push the ball forward
  3. Now use the opposite foot to do the same.

SPIN PULL PUSH 

  1. Push the ball forward with inside of one foot
  2. As the ball goes forward use the sole of the same foot to pull the ball back, whilst you turn 180 Degrees
  3. Now go back doing the same thing with the opposite foot.

14.

ATTACKING V

  1. Use the inside of your foot to drag the ball behind your standing leg
  2. Using the outside of same foot push the ball back to the starting position
  3. Repeat this sequence.

16.

ALTERNATING TOE TAPS

  1. With the end of your sole touch the top of the ball gently
  2. Make a little hop
  3. Do the same with your other foot. Continue this sequence.

19.

SHUFFLE WHIP

  1. Tap the ball twice across the body
  2. With the receiving foot, slide down the ball, and as you get to the bottom of the ball, push it to the opposite foot
  3. Repeat the Slide with that foot, and make two Toe Taps then continue the sequence.

20.

SCISSORS

  1. As you run forward with the ball
  2. Step around the front of the ball with one foot
  3. With the opposite foot take the ball into another direction.

21.

DRAG PUSH

  1. As you run forward slow down slightly
  2. With the inside of one foot drag the ball across you
  3. With the outside of that same foot take the ball into another direction.

22.

HOOK TURN

  1. Push the ball forward
  2. Fake to strike the ball
  3. But instead “hook” the ball with the inside front part of your foot behind the standing leg and go into the opposition direction.

24.

U-TURN

  1. Push the ball forward
  2. Use the front part of your sole to turn the ball in a U Shape
  3. Go in another direction.

27.

CHOP

  1. As you run forward, make a small hop
  2. With the inside of the heel of one foot, nudge the ball behind your standing leg
  3. Take the ball into another direction with the opposite foot.

28.

SLAP CUT

  1. Push the ball forward
  2. Kick over the top of the ball & Stop it with the outside of the stretching foot
  3. Turn and take the ball with the same foot into the opposite direction.
